Davide Tidoni

Davide Tidoni is an artist and researcher. With a particular focus on modes of listening and sound experience, Davide realizes a variety of projects that investigate the way people approach and relate to sound. He has presented work at the Ars Electronica Festival (2011), the Venice Architecture Biennale (2010), the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Exeter (2009), the American Academy in Rome (2009), RAUM, Bologna (2009), and the Angelica Festival (2004). He’s currently working on a sound based ethnography on the chants of the football supporters of his local team Brescia 1911.

Davide is an alumni of Field Studies 2010 and 2011. For Musarc, Davide will be creating A balloon for the Barbican on the occasion of Musarc’s salon during the OMA/Progress exhibition.
