Ev Buckley

Ev Buckley is a computer musician and composer from Dublin, Ireland. He  specializes in multichannel performance and improvisation with analogue synthesizers and field recordings, and has a particular interest in the built environment as compositional material. Ev is a graduate of the Digital Composition and Performance MSc at The Univeristy of Edinburgh. He has performed in the Grind Sight Open Eye and !BOOM! concert series, as well as the Dialogues Festival in Edinburgh. He is currently working on a new architectural composition intended for gallery installation, and a performance of his work Radiomusic Two in Dublin in November 2011.

Ev will be performing Pierre Boulez’s Dialogue de l’ombre double with Kazia Smith, Georgia Rodgers and Joseph Kohlmaier at Musarc’s Christmas Concert 2011.
